Chanelle Molina, a graduate of Konawaena High School, has signed a training camp contract with WNBA team, The Indiana Fever. The terms of Molinaʻs contract were not disclosed due to team policy.
According to a statement on the Inidana Feverʻs website, Molina was undrafted in 2020 following a four-year career at Washington State. The 5-foot-9 guard started 95 of 107 games played, including every game during her senior season, for the Cougars.
“Chanelle recorded an excellent career at Washington State in the very challenging Pac-12 Conference. She is a skilled and versatile guard who will bring high energy and competitiveness to our training camp,” Head Coach Marianne Stanley said. “She is having a great year overseas in Sweden this season because of how she has continued to improve.”

INDIANAPOLIS – Former Washington State women s basketball standout Chanelle Molina has signed a WNBA training camp contract with the Indiana Fever. Molina will look to earn a spot onto the Fever roster when the team opens camp later in the year.
Molina will look to secure a roster spot in the WNBA after playing one season for the Norrköping Dolphins in Sweden. The point guard has continued to shine overseas, as Molina averaged 18.1 points, 6.3 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game for the Dolphins. Chanelle recorded an excellent career at Washington State in the very challenging Pac-12 Conference. She is a skilled and versatile guard who will bring high energy and competitiveness to our training camp, Head Coach Marianne Stanley said.
