The racism and inequity we see around us has not happened by accident. Workplace inequality, extractive corporate greed, and the systemic oppression that defines our core institutions, chief among them our political structure — these frameworks were designed deliberately, to disempower and marginalize. As we commit to dismantling the oppression economy, we cannot lose sight of what we build toward: our collective liberation, and an economic paradigm that has never before existed in this country.
