Clyro Primary School GOVERNORS at a primary school have threatened to resign and slammed the council s funding model stating that schools are not spreadsheets . Earlier today Powys County Council stated they were taking over the financial running of Clyro Church in Wales School. The council stated that it was taking the action to prevent the school from falling into a situation of rising deficits over the coming years.
