Written by Andrew Ward A LOCAL food bank is set to provide a full Christmas dinner to more than 100 families in the Clydebank area next week. The Old Kilpatrick Food Parcels project will offer some of the most vulnerable people in the area all the ingredients needed to cook a traditional Christmas meal. Following months of fund-raising, the group have reached their target which they hope will now help families have a memorable Christmas. Speaking to the Post, founder of Old Kilpatrick Food Parcels, Maureen Cummings, explained what the initiative will consist of. She said: “Back in October, we decided that we were going to provide a Christmas dinner to 100 families.
