Many know that Howard Law School was the incubator of much of the thinking that went into the early civil rights litigation work and so i would like to thank the interim dean and the howard faculty for oining us today as well. And i would ask that any of you who are here who are leading organizations stand. But i want to especially acknowledge the person who leads the Umbrella Organization in which we all sit and that is ade henderson.
