EA has announced that EA Sports PGA Tour for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S will have the exclusive rights to the four Major Championships: the Masters Tournament, PGA Championship, U.S. Open Championship, and The Open Championship.
This announcement includes the 2021 and 2022 PGA Championship, which will be held at Kiawah Island Golf Resort and Southern Hills Country Club respectively. That’s part of a partnership with PGA of America to virtually recreate the PGA Championship, letting you can play to with the historic Wanamaker Trophy and take in Champion’s Ceremony, and play as and against past PGA Champions.

The 2021 PGA Championship is fast approaching and the ‘Team of 20’ PGA Professionals competing will be looking forward to facing The Ocean Course head on at Kiawah.
We’ll be taking a look at the ‘Team of 20’ over the next week leading into the championship. Here are five more of the PGA Professionals who will be teeing it up in Kiawah, May 20-23.
Michigan PGA Section
Ben Cook is one of four Team of 20 PGA Club Professionals ー along with Danny Balin, Alex Beach, and Rob Labritz ー to have played in the last three PGA Championships. At age 26, he was the youngest PGA Club professional in the 2020 PGA Championship field. He won both the 2018 and 2020 Michigan PGA Section Professional Championship (he won the 2020 event by a record 8 shots). PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (May 3, 2021) 一 The PGA of America today announced that the 2021 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship will be contested with approximately 8,000 spectators on-site, June 22-27, at Atlanta Athletic Club in Johns Creek, Georgia.
This decision was made in coordination with the city of Johns Creek and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Omar Uresti of Austin, Texas, who won the 2021 PGA Professional Championship on Wednesday, will lead the Team of 20 PGA Professionals to the 2021 PGA Championship, May 20-23, at The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island (South Carolina) Golf Resort.
A 52-year-old PGA Life Member, Uresti will be playing in the PGA Championship for the fifth time, but first since a four-year run from 2015-18.
