Dozens of family and friends, many of them medical professionals alike, and all with a connection to Dr. David Hodge, converged into the Clovis Veterans Memorial District to bid him farewell in retirement on Friday, July 9.
Dr. Hodge, a humble stalwart in the Fresno area, called it a career after providing upwards of 52 years of service in the medical field, specializing in pediatric surgery.
Starting his medical career following his graduation from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1969, Dr. Hodge traveled across the country and world, providing care wherever he could.
