A WINSFORD schoolgirl has been encouraging love to branch out by creating pictures to make people smile. Jessie Oakes, from Yellowhammer Way, has been making Tree of Love pictures for family, friends and her parents colleagues during lockdown to make them happy. The seven-year-old came up with the idea to help fulfil her Brownie pledge to do something to cheer people up and the recipients have been so thrilled with the results they’ve given donations to Jessie, which have paid for dog food to be donated to an animal charity. Proud mum Jennifer, a carer, said: “She’s such a thoughtful little girl. It was all her idea, she knew what she wanted to make and I just helped her out.
