The Sergeant First Class (SFC) Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act, signed into federal law in August, is opening eligibility to VA health care to millions of veterans. Veterans who were exposed to toxins during the Vietnam, Gulf War and post-9/11 era and are now suffering from a long list of serious medical conditions may now have access to various health care benefits without having to prove their conditions were caused by the toxins.
