with some hail and thunder. but it s quite warm air that we ve got. we could reach 16 to 17, perhaps even 18 degrees in eastern parts of england. that would make it the warmest day of the year so far. and then that next area of low pressure moves in quite quickly from the atlantic to bring some rain overnight. the track of that low is still a little uncertain at the moment. it looks like the strongest winds around it could be through the english channel, but maybe there could be further north. a lot of that wet weather does move away from overnight, but we re left with cloudier skies. quite a lot of showers around on friday. and whilst temperatures are 13 or 14 degrees, that s a drop from the high that we re going to see on thursday. and as we head into the weekend, things continue to cool down a little. that area of low pressure, the main one moves away. but we re left with this sort of weakness across the uk, all the way from northern ireland into england and wales. a lot of cloud sh
