Giacom Wraps Up a Winning 2020

Despite a challenging year for all, Giacom has continued to experience an exciting period of growth over the last five years. Much of Giacom’s business involves selling tools that support businesses being able to work remotely, such as Microsoft Teams, virtual servers and cloud-based security solutions – the tools their customers need to be able to work from home. As 2020 comes to a close, Giacom is looking back and celebrating a challenging, but successful 2020.
Earlier this year, Giacom topped the list for Yorkshire’s Fastest Growing Business 2020. Out of 100 companies, the list recognises Yorkshire companies that have achieved sustained turnover and growth over a five year period. Giacom was awarded first place, achieving an adjusted average annual growth of 207.4 per cent, posting a pre-tax profit of £3.6m on £35.5m turnover.
