Additional Arrest Made in Ongoing KBI Investigation of Former Cloud County Jail Employees Another person was arrested following the ongoing investigations into former employees of the Cloud County Jail. The Kansas Bureau of Investigation arrested a 33 year old man on Friday, July 30th. His charges include theft, misuse of public funds, official misconduct, and destroying a written instrument. The suspect was a Cloud County Jail Lieutenant at the time the alleged crimes took place. An arrest warrant has been issued for a 22 year old female suspect, who was a former corrections officer at the jail. This after the KBI arrested a 40 year old woman and 62 year old woman on Wednesday who are being brought up on similar charges, The 40 year old woman was a former Cloud County Jail Administrator.
