Oakland police are investigating a situation where a woman and a child were shot before 10 00 last night at 83rd. The victims are in stable condition. No arrests have been made. That was five hours after another child was shot in oakland, a threeyearold boy was grazed by a stray bullet while riding a transit bus. Emergency workers worked the scene near international boulevard at 66th at 5 30 yesterday evening. A man was wounded by gunfire. The man and child are expected to be okay.
