The proposed development, at Old Road, Hayestown, Rush is to consist of 62 housing units, comprised of 17 2-bedroom units and 45 3 bedroom units.
The development consists of 80% affordable housing and 20% social housing.
The development is subject to a service site application being granted, with the council reporting an indication the scheme will be positively received.
Fingal County Council has initiated procedures pursuant to Part XI of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act 2000 - 2015 and Part VIII of the Local Government Planning and Development Regulations 2001 - 2015 in relation to the proposed development.
