A new bar with its own wine school in Cleethorpes has been refused permission by North East Lincolnshire Council over perceived concerns for anti-social behaviour.
Taniya Hussain wanted to transform a vacant shop, Pretty Woman, on Sea View Street into the wine bar and school in a new venture for the resort.
