A development of 66 new homes on the edge of Waltham has been frustrated and delayed by a council planning committee despite outline permission already existing on the site.
The developer, Snape Properties Ltd, wants to build new homes on a field off Bradley Road which is listed in the parish of Barnoldby le Beck but, in reality, the geography of the area places it much closer to neighbouring homes in Waltham.
