A NEW Co-op foodstore could be coming to an East Lancashire town just metres from another one. Plans have been submitted to Blackburn with Darwen Council for a new convenience store with 16 car parking spaces on the former Hollins Grove Liberal Club on Falcon Avenue in Darwen.
