Trelyn Developments had applied for permission to building 14 new homes on land known as The Bowling Green in St Keverne. The development would have included four affordable homes and had been recommended for approval by Cornwall Council planning officers. However the council’s west sub-area planning committee disagreed and refused planning permission. St Keverne Parish Council had objected to the plans highlighting that the site sits in the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
