Some of the rubbish dumped at Rudheath Cemetery this week PARISH councillors are sick and tired of dealing with household waste being dumped in the bin at Rudheath Cemetery. A large red bin on the site is provided for cemetery waste – more residents are using it for their own rubbish ever more frequently. The problem started last year, but has become more common in recent months. Three bin bags of rubbish have appeared this week, including documents with an address, and this has been reported to Cheshire West and Chester Council by Cllr Alison Gerrard. I feel sorry for the council that has to go through it, she said.
