That is one of the concrete things they will be looking at. We also heard there is time to act. There is a real sense among the Foreign Ministers that if they do not do anything today, they may lose fiath. Faith. Eu power. Index, for example, though worst performer this year. It comes amid a rising stock market globally. The index at unprecedented highs. Decay to 25 down by five and a half percent. The weaker yen is also having an impact. This year, not as much. What we are seeing is the major japanese corporates. Toyota and mitsubishi corp. Buying back 25 billion worth of shares. What it has done is led to an increase in terms of investor perceptions, foreign investors, and at the market declines. Share buoyed their prices. We have a 5 decline for the nikkei, but some of the stocks are up more than 5 on the year, a very interesting move, indeed.
