On behalf of the Prescott Mill staff, I would like to offer our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the many people in the Clinton community who helped make the COVID vaccination clinics on March 18 and April 15 a huge success. With the help of the Clinton community, 61 residents at Prescott Mill apartments, along with 50 elderly residents living in the Clinton community, were vaccinated.
Special thanks to:
• The Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Executive Office of Elder Affairs and the Department of Public Health) for providing the vaccination.
• The Board of Selectmen and Town Administrator Mike Ward for approving the use of the Clinton Town Hall. The large space was essential for all the chairs and tables needed to allow for safe social distancing and for the Rite Aid staff to provide vaccinations.
