A busy Benton County road is back open this afafrnoon after a crash between a train and car. Car. The crash happened this morning on Railroad Street near euclid avenue in norway. The iowa state patr tells cbs 2 news the driver of the car went around other vehicles that were waiting for a train to pass, then drove around the warning gates.
