County Sheriffs Office announce the charges against this man. Well show you the picture of the suspect. The 36yearold faces multiple charges including homicide, arson and torture. Now, according to the Sheriffs Office he allegedly tortured and killed 59 Castro Valley resident andrea st. John before setting her house on fire back in december. Heres the scene when it took place back in Castro Valley. When firefighters found the victim deceased inside of the home, the Sheriffs Office explained he has no connection to the victim and that he was committing a burglary at the victims home that december night when she confronted him and was subsequently killed. A Homicide Investigation was launched shortly afterwards but the Sheriffs Office was led to dekaney by Stockton Police who arrested him in february on charges of Sexual Assault.
