Workers were hurt in an explosion. They were down there working and, boom, there was some kind of explosion and a lot of smoke and they evacuated. They were seven to eight stories underground doing maintenance at the facility. They were able to run above ground to safety as firefighters suited up to go in. They shut the electricity off and they were down in the dark except for their portable lighting. Neighbors saw the smoke pouring from the building for hours.
