Street just after 8 30 this morning. It happened as crews were fixing a leak in another part of town. We found a large leak in the bay view. We fixed it, as we were bringing the pressure back up to test the repair that we made, the change in pressure caused this pipe to break open. The initial leaking pipe is due to be upgraded because its nearly 100 years old. It took 45 minutes to shut off the water. The pipeline is used exclusively for firefighting and a bond measure will be used to upgrade the pipeline system. Follow up now on security at San Jose International airport after a south bay teenager stowed away on a flight to hawaii. Airport Staff Members are examining everything from operational procedures, to where they can enhance security around the perimeter. They are also reviewing available technologies and other products. All this is in response to a 15yearold boy, who hopped the airports fence and stowed away in the wheel well of a jet back in april. He survived and is now bac
