UPDATED AT 11:50 A.M. The list of roadways closed due to flooding in the KMMO listening area has increased from four to seven since this morning. According to the MODOT Traveler Information Map, in Saline County, Highway 127, north of Sweet Springs, is closed at Salt Pond Creek. Also, Old Highway 40, south of I-70 and just west of Sweet Springs, and Route VV, north of I-70 near Emma, are closed. In Carroll County, Route UU, north of Standish at Big Creek, is closed. In Cooper County, Route BB, near Clifton City at Gabrial Creek, is closed. In Johnson County, Highway 23 between Concordia and Knob Noster; and Route E near Valley City are closed at the Blackwater River.
