Properties Discussed at Recent Land Bank Meeting
The meeting mostly discussed properties now owned by the commission.
“At the meeting we brought in several properties. One of these was a house on Cliffwood Avenue, we’re actually looking at partnering with some non-profits to redo that. Other than that we brought in a lot on Lexington Avenue, a lot on Wheeling Avenue, a lot on Luck Avenue, two on Greenwood, three on Spangler and a three and a half acre piece of ground in Philo,” Roberts said. Profits from properties sold will be divided amongst projects and groups in need of income. Some profits will go to the Land Bank’s projects with Habitat for Humanity.
