Plaintiff says on/about March 10, 2020, it entered into a commercial lease agreement for 10515 Havana Ct., Brighton, paying $6,500 per month toward the purchase price of the property, and to date has paid a total of $51,515 for the option and purchase, per terms of the lease. Plaintiff says defendants have refused to accept plaintiff’s exercise of the option, and closed on the sale of the property to a third party in January, but have not repaid plaintiff in accordance with the lease.

CARBON CLIFF, Ill. The Village of Carbon Cliff released a statement Sunday afternoon asking residents below the hill and in the Cliff Heights area to conserve water. Please hold off on watering lawns, filling swimming pools, etc. Due to a technical malfunction, the water tower slowly drained over night.
The Village says it s in the process of building up the pressure to fill the water tower and that everyone should have normal pressure by mid-day Monday.
