Members of the ruthless Venezuelan migrant moped gang that terrorized New York City women by stealing their phones and jewelry on the sidewalk have appeared in court.
The two suspects Luis Pacheco and Alvaro Martinez, both Venezuelan men living in the Bronx are set to be arraigned on charges they took part in at least four different robberies and grand larcenies, police sources told The Post.
