CLEVELAND, Ohio I recently returned home to Northeast Ohio after living in Washington, D.C. for nearly two years. The nation’s capital has indeed its share of good restaurants of all types. You wouldn’t expect anything less in an area with such a large and diverse population.
But the time away made me realize and appreciate just how great of a food scene we have here, too. Sadly, some of my favorite restaurants closed while I was gone places like Sokolowski’s University Inn, Spice Kitchen, and Lola Bistro, to name a few. Still, I’m glad to be back and luckily there are still plenty of uniquely Cleveland spots that I can’t wait to eat at again, if I haven’t already.
