Though his numbers aren’t quite as awe-inspiring as they were during his unanimous MVP campaign in 2015-16, they’re coming under more difficult circumstances. Without Klay Thompson, Andre Iguodala and Shaun Livingston, Curry must navigate a barrage of double- and triple-teams, all while shouldering more defensive responsibility.

Warriors center James Wiseman is expected to miss at least two more games with a sprained left wrist.
Wiseman joined Golden State on its Texas trip to rehab with Dr. Rick Celebrini, the team’s director of sports medicine and performance. But head coach Steve Kerr said before Saturday night’s game against the Mavericks at American Airlines Center that Wiseman won’t play the rest of the road swing, meaning he’ll miss the games Monday and Tuesday in San Antonio as well.
