Manila Archdiocese priests, officials to retain posts

Manila Archbishop Jose Cardinal Advincula (Ali Vicoy/Manila Bulletin) The Manila prelate has decreed that all Archdiocesan officials shall remain in their posts and continue their respective functions. Some of the officials in the archdiocese are Vicar General Msgr. Clemente Ignacio, Episcopal Vicars Msgr.Jesus Bandojo, Msgr. Esteban Lo, Fr. Sanny de Claro, Fr. James Ferry, and Fr. Reginald Malicdem. “I hereby decree that all clergy, religious men and women, and lay faithful, who have an official appointment to the parishes, offices, commissions, and ministries in the Archdiocese of Manila, shall continue functioning according to the faculties, responsibilities, rights, and privileges that are inherent to their office,” Advincula said in his decree dated June 25.
