Guatemala City, Jan 27 (Prensa Latina) The mayor of the capital municipality of Santa Catarina Pinula, Sebastián Siero, today won the presidency of the National Association of Municipalities (ANAM) of Guatemala, by heading a single ticket to the Assembly.
