TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The No. 7 Florida State softball team (26-7, 5-1) will welcome Georgia Tech (17-15, 2-7) to Tallahassee for the first time since 2017 as the two teams will square off on Friday (6 p.m.), Saturday (1 p.m.) and Sunday (2 p.m.). Friday's game can be seen live on ACC Network Extra and can also be heard on 96.5 FM in Tallahassee, the FSU Gameday App, the Varsity Network App and Seminoles.com. Saturday's game can be seen on ACC Network Extra, and ACC Network will have the coverage for Sunday's series finale.
The Seminoles are coming off a series win at No. 15 Duke last weekend where they took two of the three from the Blue Devils. Kathryn Sandercock was phenomenal in the two wins over the Blue Devils. Sandercock allowed just one earned run in 10 total innings to a team that was averaging 6.53 runs per game coming into the series. In ACC play, Sandercock holds a 4-0 record and has allowed just one earned run through 17 innings.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The No. 7 Florida State softball (24-6, 3-0) will play its 10th ranked opponent of the season as they head to Durham, N.C., for the first time to face No. 15 Duke (25-5, 7-2). The series will begin at 6 p.m. on Friday with ACC Network having the coverage. Saturday's matchup will begin at 1 p.m., and Sunday's first pitch is set for noon. Saturday and Sunday's game can be seen on ACC Network Extra.
The Seminoles are coming off a dominating performance in their ACC opener against Syracuse this past weekend. The Noles swept the Orange and outscored them 23-1 in their three wins. Kathryn Sandercock led the way for a pitching staff that allowed just one earned run on two hits throughout the entire weekend.
Sandercock pitched her first career no-hitter in a 10-0 win against the Orange where she needed just 37 pitches to record the 15 outs.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The sixth-ranked Florida State softball team (21-6, 0-0) will begin ACC play this weekend against the Syracuse Oragne (7-11, 0-3) at JoAnne Graf Field in Tallahassee, Fla. Friday's game has been rescheduled from 6 p.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday's game will begin at 1 p.m. with the series finale beginning at 2 p.m. on Sunday. ACC Network Extra will carry Friday's and Saturday's games with ACC Network broadcasting Sunday's game. Going Through the Gauntlet The Seminoles have one of the toughest schedules in the country this season. The Seminoles will play 20 games against teams ranked in the top 25, 19 of those games being away from Tallahassee. 19 out of the Seminoles’ 23 road or neutral site games are against teams in the top 25. At the Clearwater Invitational, the Seminoles played five ranked teams in four days and went 3-2 in those games. The Seminoles defeated No. 4 Arkansas, No. 15 Arizona and No. 22 Louisiana. For as much as Arizona loves playing at home, it’s not enough to have the games go a full seven innings.
