TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The third-ranked Florida State softball team (43-8, 19-2) returns to action with a rivalry matchup with the 17th-ranked Florida Gators on Wednesday night at Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium in Gainesville, Fla. First pitch is set for 6 p.m. on ESPNU with Beth Mowins and Michelle Smith on the call.
The two teams played just last week in Tallahassee as the Seminoles came away victorious with a 5-3 win over the Gators. This marked the Seminoles' fourth-straight win over the Gators which tied for the Seminoles' longest winning streak in the series.
