But we have to remember when it comes to the environmental agreement and International Agreements with respect to things like the Paris Agreement is we have nothing to be apologetic about as a country. We reduced our co2 footprint to levels of the early 1990s, from 2000 to 2014 we reduce the Carbon Footprint by over 18 . This is a portion of the department that falls outside the scope of our committee here.
