Nbc10s Monique Braxton is live in east falls at the Shopping Center where crews have a lot of work to do. Monique . Thats right, rosemary. In the past half hour, crews arrived here. Crews for Philadelphia Water Department are on scene, and street crews are cleaning up the muddy mess. Restoration companies have arrived to go in the stores once merchants arrive. We can show you industrial sized dryers here overnight absorbing whatever moisture they could. This is what it looked like shortly after 3 00 yesterday afternoon. Sky force 10 was over baker center to capture frantic moments when a 48 inch main burst. The Water Department tells us as much as 6 million gallons of water gushed out of control. We saw some of the 75 people that had to be rescued. Another 150 needed to be she sheltered in place or carried by firefighter
