Easton’s downtown development boom continues, this time with a new 152-apartment complex proposed along the waterfront.
The five-story Watermark Apartments are proposed at 45 Larry Holmes Drive in the parking lot behind the Gov. Wolf Building. Developer Mark Mulligan, who redeveloped the Wolf Building into luxury apartments, said most of the city’s old buildings have been redeveloped and the city is entering its next phase with apartments built from scratch.
