CLAY COUNTY, Minn. Two are in custody after an early morning vehicle pursuit in the rural Kragnes area of Clay County.
While performing routine patrol duties in the 10000 block of 15th St. NW, in rural Kragnes around 12:30 a.m., Thursday Feb. 18, a Clay County deputy turned around to observe a vehicle headed south, according to a release from the Clay County Sheriff s Office.
As the deputy turned around, the vehicle accelerated and sped away. When the driver failed to stop for the deputy s emergency lights and siren, a pursuit ensued.
