The Clay County Extension Council and Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Clay County Office invite the public to celebrate the grand opening of its new office located at 1515 W. 18th St., in Spencer. A come-and-go open house will be held on June 17, from 4-6 p.m., at the office. Light refreshments and office tours will be provided.
