WEST POINT – A traffic stop by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office and the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics resulted in the arrest of two Missouri women on felony drug charges.
A 3-year-old girl was killed Friday night after being struck by a vehicle near 8 Jolisa Court in Smithville, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
