Australia’s EEAA calls for immediate extension of Business Events Grants Programme
The Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia (EEAA), has called on the government to extend the money available under the Business Events Grants Programme to the industry immediately.
EEAA added that it supported the Business Events Council of Australia’s (BECA’s) pre-budget submission which called for targeted support to add the rebuild of the Business Events industry.

EEAA to host International Women’s Day event online
The Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia (EEAA) will celebrate International Women’s Day 2021 on Thursday 4 March, with a live broadcast from its Connected Event Studio.
The event will use the theme #ChooseToChallenge, and will see a panel of international speakers addressing the contribution of women in business events.
They will discuss practical solutions for women to take leadership positions and for organisations to create a culture that fosters equal opportunity,
