It is also the reason they are guaranteed the same basic rights as every other person across the country from schools and shopping malls to Public Schools and restaurants. There is no question that over the past 29 years our nation has broken down many obstacles which used to confront those with disabilities but we still have a long path to travel that american with disabilities have fully achieved quality and justice.
