Have been filed just yet. Now, this violence broke out in the 1500 block of southing street in grays ferry last night three people including that little girl were shot. Eyewitness News Reporter matt rivers is live at the scene with new information in this developing story. Matt. Reporter natasha, after that horrible scene here late last night neighbors rallied here calling for peace. We fired up, cant take no more. Reporter their anger overshadowed only by their grief as another philadelphia neighborhood has to bury another small child, this time its a threeyearold. Today it was someone elses child. Tomorrow it can be yours. Reporter saturdays peace rally happened on 1500ing. Police say two men were arguing and one started shoot at the other. The suspects bullets found other targets, a 28yearold woman and a 21yearold man were hit but will be okay. The young girl sitting on a pomp was struck in the chest and died shortly thereafter. She was a good girl, man. She was a good little girl.

Sunday morning. Yeah, in the a great beach day or at least doesnt look like that right now. Start of the day is not great but thinks kind of camelot where we have rain overnight and not so much during the the day. Yesterday turned out okay after we saw a lot of rain yesterday morning and we are finding heavier rain in the exact same spots we did see yesterday morning. You can see on storm scan three we have rain showers through philadelphia east. We have some scattered about through center of the state but mostly the heavier rain as we look down towards the the shore areas. Lets get closer into new jersey and you can see those heavier showers working their way through cape may. We have seen them through the vineland area as well,nding em a lock the shore. In fact, so much rain that notice those areas shaded in green . Sussex counties until 10 30 because there has been quite a bit of rain out there. We saw that rain yesterday. Interstate 66 in the area of glebe road. All because of a police chase that toledo a crash involving several vehicles. Derrick ward is near the scene in arlington. Whats the latest . Reporter 66 is now open here. Which is north falls church. Were at the Patrick Henry overpass. Traffic is moving. Take a look at the scene a few moments earlier. See that black dodge charger. It was wrecked. Police tried to stop that car on eastbound 66. The driver was wanted. He was taken from that car. Another person in the car got behind the wheel and drove off. Police pursued that car. If you are on 66 youll run into back up. It hit several cars before coming to a stop. Three people were injured in this accident. Among them someone who was driving that car. We have a person here who was around sort of when this happened. You said you heard more than you saw. Yeah. I was in bed at the time watching it.
