He was getting out of his police car. Myers is now beieig held at the Black Hawk County jail. The assault happened at the College Square manor on boulder drive behind the College Square hyvee. When hyvee managers approached myers he became aggressive and attacked two employees. According to police he then left to his nearby apartment.
