Clark Todd, President & Chief Operating Officer of Blessey Marine Services, was elected Vice Chairman; and
Brian Hughes, Vice President Operations & Sales, Hughes Bros., Inc. was elected Treasurer. Mr. Wilkins succeeds outgoing Chairman
