The Seattle Times reports that it can only fit 16 planes because of flaws in the design. The Port of Seattle operates the airport. It is now locked in a legal battle with Clark Construction. Clark built the new facility. It sued the Port in December over allegations it wasn t paid for extra work. The Port then countersued. It claims Clark is liable for the cost of fixing the problems. Both Clark and the Port have declined to comment on the pending litigation.
