A major water main break on park center road and king street tore through the cement and asphalt making way for a geyser that shot up 20 feet in the sky. It was kind of icy walking because a lot of the areas where the water had been pooling, its below freezing right now. Thousands of gallons of water then became a treacherous river that streamed down king street and later created a thin sheet of ice. Interesting to look at but im sure ive seen all the traffic, probably a pain to folks trying to get to and from work right now. CLARENDON, Jamaica The Clarendon Police say they have laid several charges against two men in connection with a kidnapping incident in Palmers Cross in the parish on Sunday, January 14.
