apparently sheriff clarence dupnik has been told to keep quiet after his explosive political comment in the wake of the murders in tucson. as you may remember, dupnik said that the right wing and rhetoric there may have inflamed the killer, jared loughner. now there is a recall effort underway to get dupnik out of office. joining us from phoenix, arizona state senator russell pierce. and from tucson, craig smith a reporter from the abc affiliate. all right, mr. smith, begin with you. there was a press conference today. pima county sheriff s office and dupnik didn t even show up to hear his responders tell their stories. so who is telling him to shut up? you know, the problem is it s not quite clear who stelg him to shut up because all parties have shut up. if there is a gag order, sort of a universal gag order, and lacking the subpoena power of the county attorney has when i inquired over there to say well, what s going on here? all they will say is we just want to assure everybody w
