we re learning more about the alleged shooter in saturday s massacre outside of a tucson supermarket. jared lee loughner is being called, quote, very troubled. a very troubled individual. by pima county sheriff clarence dupnik. he s got a history of mental issues, including being kicked out of class at pima community college because one of his teachers saw loughner as a threat. according to a law enforcement source, loughner tried to buy bullets at a walmart store but was turned down because of his behavior. another walmart store later sold him the am nation. we re also hearing that loughner has a police record showing minor offenses including an arrest for possessing drug paraphernalia. one of the burning questions serb lating now is how did a guy with his background get a gun and bullets in the first place. joining me is andy hill, a retired sergeant from the phoenix police department. good to see you. thank you for being with us. in arizona, a state that has fairly liberal gun contr

those in washington, anyone involved frankly in this country in dialogue. challenge. it s not going to make news because it s not going to fit into anybody s agenda, but i posted it at glennbeck.com. i hope the true leaders of this country step forward and take a stand. take a stand against people like this, the sheriff. sheriff clarence dupnik, who with no facts whatsoever i don t even know if they had all the people out to the hospital yet. but he took the opportunity, of course, to play politics. here is what he said. even though we have free speech in this country, constantly, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, making people angry goat, public officials, elected officials and so forth may benefit some party. but i think those people have to consider that they may have some responsibility when incidents like this occur.
